Technology Solutions & Systems Integration

Where ideas become reality

Software engineers who install. We write the platforms, pull the fiber, configure the switch and support all of it — so the dashboard and the cable it reads from come from one team, under one contract.

The full chain

  1. DESIGN
  2. SUPPLY
  3. INSTALL
  4. INTEGRATE
  5. DEVELOP
  6. MANAGE
  7. SUPPORT

Most competitors stop at INSTALL. Software houses start at DEVELOP. We cover both ends — which is why nothing falls between them.

01 · Software is the core

We are engineers who also install.

Most systems integrators resell somebody else's dashboard. We write ours. Seven platforms are running today — monitoring, healthcare, licensing, hospitality, mobile and real-time data — designed, coded and shipped by the same team that pulls the cable and configures the switch.

Eight domains under one roof. The first two are where we are strongest.

A cabling contractor cannot program. A software house will not pull fiber. We own both layers.

A cabling contractor cannot program. A software house will not pull fiber. When something breaks between those two layers, nobody takes responsibility. We own both layers, so there is no gap to fall into.

How a rack leaves our hands

Every unit is placed before a single cable is pulled: network at the top, security beneath it, compute below that, and power at the bottom where its weight and its routes belong.

Cables are measured, labelled at both ends and certified with a tester. No slack coiled behind the frame, no handwritten tape.

As-built drawings hand over with the addressing plan and the device inventory. Two years from now, when somebody calls about a port that is down, you will know which port it is.

That is the difference between a rack that was installed and a rack that was handed over.

No engineer on this bench has fewer than 12 years in the field. That is a floor, not an average.

The requirements change completely between a hospital and a warehouse. So does the design.

Common questions

Do you handle both the hardware and the software?

Yes — that is the point. We pull and terminate the cable, configure the equipment, and write the software that reads from it. One team owns every layer, so nothing falls between contractors.

Are you an authorised distributor for the brands you list?

No. We specify, supply, install, configure and maintain equipment from those manufacturers, and our engineers are trained on them. We are vendor-neutral by choice: the equipment follows the requirement, not a sales quota.

How new is the company?

Varqelo was founded in 2026. The engineers behind it were not: no one on the bench has fewer than 12 years in the field, and the communications discipline runs to 29. We say it plainly because you will check, and because a floor of 12 years is a stronger promise than a company age.

What does a site survey cost?

Nothing. You get a written technical assessment of what your site needs, whether or not you go ahead with us.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes, with a response time written into the contract — preventive maintenance, remote monitoring, troubleshooting and system upgrades.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Arabic across the whole team, with the site itself built to carry French, German and Turkish as we grow into those markets.

Tell us what you need.

A site survey costs you nothing and gives you a written technical assessment — whether or not you work with us.
